wheelchair wheel + F.P. motor ??

Last year we did and we were slow (which is really not a good idea this year), we grinded the gears (until we replaced them with metal ones), and even then we burned out a motor per match (the magic smoke has to stay IN for those things to work.) Anyways, to engage those things with the wheels we put a disc of lexan over one side of the wheel and then had hex heads protruding that would engage with that big, black plastic disc that came with the FP motors. There were no problems with this system; I wish I could say the same for the motors though. They're great motors, we just used them for the wrong purposes. G'Luck, :-Dan |

We have a CAd model for the disc. I will dig it up and figure out how to get it on to sharingfirst if you want. Ken |
