Good Inexpensive USB Steering Wheel?

Hello CD,

My team was wondering if you guys knew what are the best USB steering wheels for driving a robot. We would like it to be relatively small so it fits in our player station and it must also go back to a neutral position when not being used. Meaning that if you turn the steering wheel right it should go back to the center when you let go of it. One that is inexpensive and that we can buy in stores would be most preferred as we want to get it as fast and cheap as possible.
