Reversed Jaguar Output using PercentVBus

We have one jaguar that when you command a 0 percentVBus the output is 12v, when you command +1 the output is 0 volts. We are using CAN and all jaguars have been updated to the latest firmware. When we switch out this jaguar with any another it works as expected so the software is working fine.

I'm not aware of anyway to program this input/output relationship... can it be reset?

Re: Reversed Jaguar Output using PercentVBus

Any thoughts on why this would be happening?

Re: Reversed Jaguar Output using PercentVBus

What happens if you give it a -1 command? Have you tried using that Jaguar with a PWM signal to see what the output is? Are you seeing any error codes on the Jag's LED?

If you've swapped in a different Jaguar, and the different Jaguar works fine, it almost HAS to be a hardware issue with the funky Jag. I'm having difficulty coming up with a failure mode that would result in that, but it can't be software or firmware, as the conversion of % command to output is hard coded. If all else fails and it's a new Jaguar, RMA it to TI. I'm sure they'd be quite interested in finding out what's gone wrong with it.

EDIT: If you can't RMA it, bring it to the Bayou Regional. I'd also like to see if I can figure out what went wrong with it.
