Exclamation cRio taking time to load

Whenever I turn on the cRio and enable teleop, it takes almost 5-6 seconds for the cRio to start responding. Also, the motors make a lot of sudden movement when joysticks are not even touched in teleop. Can someone help me identify the issues causing these problems?

Perhaps if you post your project.
You might want to do that in the programming language specific sub-forum, since you don't say what your language is.
