ISO format

My team is working under my direction in Blender to create an animation for this year's safety contest. How does one convert to an ISO format required to enter?

Note that we use a Windows OS installed on Mac hardware. We're also all beginnners to Blender, and I'm just the most advanced beginner, since I had worked with the program before I joined the team.

Re: ISO format

At some point you're going to need to encode your project - essentially you are just burning your encoded video to a virtual image instead of a physical DVD.
