[FTC]: NXT won't change programs

We are having problems changing our NXT program. Everytime we try to change programs, the NXT runs the same program it was already running. We've even used program chooser and that still won't work. Does anybody have any idea why this might be?

From NXT, delete all user programs, and redownload programs from computer.

Yes. We have done that. But the NXT is still running the program even if it is deleted. It thinks it is still there but its not

Re: [FTC]: NXT won't change programs

Try a hard reset. Remove the battery cover and the batteries. Inside the battery compartment, there should be a small button. Push it with a paperclip and hold it for about 15 secs. Replace the batteries and see if it works. If it doesn't, and reloading firmware still doesn't work, your brick might be bricked.
