Windriver fails with log file.

I am trying to install the Windriver disk that we got in the kit of parts on my Windows 8 - 64 bit laptop. However when I start the Workbench it fails and instead gives me the following error log.

Any ideas on what to do? I have tried to run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP, and I installed both the first and second disks, following the instructions to the letter. Thanks for the help.

Well I finally found the solution to my problem. Apparently the WindRiver uninstaller doesn't work right and some things have to be removed from the registry and file system after the uninstaller works.
