Question D-Link Bridge Communication

I hooked up the D-Link to the cRIO, and everything does seem to work. However, every time I disconnect and stop controlling the robot wirelessly. I have to relaunch the FRC Bridge Configuration Utility in order to reconnect and redeploy. Does anyone know why this is? Thanks!

Re: D-Link Bridge Communication

Check what your IP address/netmask are on your laptop before and after running as well as before and after using the Bridge Config Utility.
For that matter try browsing to the bridge before and after to see what IP is in use there.

I think the Bridge Config. Utility may be leaving your laptop IP as 192.168.0.51.
Then if your Driver Station is already running, it won't be able to connect to the cRIO.

Is your Driver Station set to change your laptop IP automatically whenever it is started?
