Unable to Connect to Jaguar through 2CAN

We have several Black Jaguars that we would like to wire through CAN this year so we can get feedback.
Using our 2CAN, I connected it to 3 Jaguars and updated their firmwares and using LabViews example program, was able to get them to send outputs from the signals in the can line.
However, I removed the 4 Black Jaguars from our robot and hooked them up to the same circuit with the same cables and none of them connect. They give the same slow flashing yellow light as the ones i can connect to, and it is as simple as unplugging the cable from the "bad" Jaguars to the good Jaguars and i can instantly get feedback from the 2CAN web dashboard.

I know that it is either a problem with the Jaguar firmware or the 2CAN firmware. Since i am unable to connect to the Jaguars, i attempted to update the Jaguar to the 2.29 firmware update, and the 2CAN Firmware Utility was unable to find the 2CAN, even though i was still able to connect to it from the web Dashboard. I have not found a place to update the 2CAN on the dashboard, so I am at a standoff of what to do.

Is there anyone here that has had experience with 2CAN that could help me diagnose this problem?
