Help converting to sheet metal

I am having troubles converting my piece into flatten sheet metal, I tried reading the instructions or tried to learn from youtube but I getstuck in the middle everytime and everyway I try.
I was wandering if anyone can just do that for me and post it as pdf or part or anyway you can, please.

Ah sheet metal. Not my friend.

First problem I see is that your have multiple bodies. FOr ecample, your second feature, Boss-Extrude2, doesn't merge with the first body, Boss-Extrude1. Start with that. Your 3rd body is just floating in air. You could merge it with some kind of weldament probably, but it is not how I have worked with sheet metal.
Also, you need to select the bottom face (the one on the "Top" plane) to unfold from. You cannot create that shape unfolding from the back plane.
