Robot designs

I have to say I am looking foward to see how robots will look this year and how teams tackled the size problem. I just know there is going to be a few head slapping moments for me this year going dam, Why did I not think of that.

Re: Robot designs

I cant wait either. Just judging on all the designs our team has proposed, this year will make for a very interesting walk around the pits.
Seems like this year will put most drive trains to the test, will anyone sacrifice the space for fancy systems like swerve, mecanum etc.
oh yeah, then there's that pyramid thing also....

Re: Robot designs

I feel like it's the same every year. We get to a competition and there's some great, simple design that works that makes you face-palm, wondering why didn't I think of that?

Can't wait to see what people have come up with!
