First Choice Credits

Hello ChiefDelphi community! I am finance rep. for team 4607, and I have an important question. My team recently purchased some items using First Choice Voucher Credits. Since the items did not show a value on AndyMark, am I exempt from including these parts in our robot budget? How does a person find the price or value of these items that require voucher credits to purchase. Please answer asap. Thanks.

Team 4607

Re: First Choice Credits

FIRST Choice is part of the Kit-of-Parts and as such all parts obtained through FIRST Choice are exempt from cost accounting.
Just list it as KOP or FIRST Choice in your robot Bill-Of-Materials (BOM) if it gets used on the robot at all.

See
There are three components to the 2013 Kit of Parts (KOP)...
