I'm not the camera person on our team but have taken a few pictures and videos of my own throughout the build season and I decided to put them all together in one video. I used Windows Movie Maker, though it was my first time with it so I kept things simple hehehe. I think it turned out pretty well though. Hope you like it! If you have any questions, thoughts or feedback, feel free to post here or leave a comment on the video. |

Re: [Video] 3753 progress in 3 weeks
This is a great video for your "rookie" video. I think that you did a terrific job showcasing a terrific robot.
I think you had a great overall recap of Team 3753's build season so far. I would suggest that you include your team's logo at the begging of the video for branding purposes and also to include a thank you to your team's sponsors at the end of the video. This http://youtu.be/2IH6o_y0t4I is how our team includes these two items. Also I really think your team's robot will be a great shooter this year. ![]() |

Re: [Video] 3753 progress in 3 weeks
thanks for the feedback
As for a logo, we're still working on that. This is our 3rd year as a team and the last two years we were Raptor Robotics, but it just.. never really felt right. Sure we had a logo and a name, but we didn't use it. So this year we changed our name, logo, decided on a color scheme (black and blue), etc and are really finding our identity this year. However the logo isn't 100% done yet and I don't have a copy of it to add to the video yet.I also wanted to add a picture of our team but again, didn't have one on me. I'll definitely upload another video within the coming weeks, hopefully of the TEAM as well as the robot, and a logo And for the shooter... yeah, we're EXTREMELY pumped! Yesterday the team left after the normal 6 hours we do on Saturday, but the lead mechanic, lead electrician, and I stayed another 6 hours and got an amazing amount of work done. We're starting to truly think we have a shot at top 8 at our regionals ![]() |

Re: [Video] 3753 progress in 3 weeks
What kind of motor or servo drives the swinging arm?

Re: [Video] 3753 progress in 3 weeks
The shooter arm? That's a window motor
The two drive motors and the two motors for the pneumatic wheels are CIMs |
