Unable to get axis camera feed on smartdashboard

Im having trouble viewing the camera feed on the smartdashboard. I have added the camera image, but cannot get a video feed to it.
I am using the standalone dashboard version 1.0.4.
I can view the feed in a browser without any issues, I can do image processing onboard the cRIO, and I can view the feed with the default/LabView dashboard. So, it isn't a connection or hookup issue. To get the dash to work, I have tried different FPS/Resolution settings, only one of which worked, the default size and 30 FPS. After rebooting everything, however, it again refused to connect.
Basically, everything works perfect with the camera except the C++ SmartDashboard.

There are a number of possible things that you might do to fix the problem. Check this URL:

for some tips on getting the camera plug-in going. Make sure you read the page to the bottom, there are some troubleshooting suggestions there.
