Camera Not Found

Hello Everyone,
We're having troubles connecting to the Axis M1011 camera. It has power, green lights, and is connected to the computer via an ethernet cable, but axis camera setup can't find it. I have set the IP address to 192.168.0.52, with subnet mask 255.255.255.0, and the computer sees that connection, but doesn't see the camera. I use netbeans Java. Thank you!

Re: Camera Not Found

I'm not clear on what you've set the IP on, so I just want to be sure.

The default factory IP of the camera is 192.168.0.90
That's what the Setup Axis Camera utility looks for.

Your computer needs a compatible IP address on the Ethernet port, so 192.168.0.52 is fine for that.

You can reset the camera to factory settings and try the utility again.
