CAD SNAFU...

Posted on 10/17/2000 8:12 AM MST In Reply to: Ramp posted by Pat on 10/17/2000 6:34 AM MST: Sorry about the lack of info about the ramp dimensions. We ended up having to regenerate a bunch of stuff that we thought we had backed up from last year. In addition to that a new version of our CAD package has been adding to our grief and dispair. We will have dimensions up soon. They are exactly the same ramps as last year's ramps for those who built them last year. The only difference is that we are putting a 'sub-floor' approximately 3/4 inch below the surface of the upper two square holes (we will simply add another sheet of 3/4 inch plywood below the holes spaced out from the bottom side of the ramp by a 1 by 3 (nominal dimensions)) Anyway, the ramp is approximately 6 inches high. It is made from a sheet of 3/4 inch plywood of the dimensions 48 X 48. The exact locations of the holes are the same as last year. When we get our problems ironed out we will post the detailed dimensions. Again sorry. In the mean time, the picture of last year's field are still on our website for those interested.
