Trouble with solenoids?

Hi, we had our solenoids programmed but mechanical switched some things around and now, there are only two first-time programmers (myself and another student) who are trying to figure this out (our mentors have gone AWOL >:I). What exactly does true/false mean when programming? And one of the solenoids needs to move a lever forward and backwards, how would we go about doing this? Help is GREATLY appreciated.

Re: Trouble with solenoids?

Normally there would be two solenoids, one for extend and one for retract. If you wanted to extend, you would set the extend one to true and the retract one to false. If you wanted to retract, you would set the retract one to true and the extend one to false
