Teams 1592 and 801 Proudly present our 2013 robots

Meet teams 1592 and 801 submissions for the 2013 FRC competition. Our Twins worked so well last year so why not again?

From left to right There names are Buzz (1592), Micheal (practice robot), and Neil (801). Get the irony? =) They will be attending the Orlando and San Antonio Regional events. More to come soon...

Wow! What beautiful and elegant machines. Well done. I can't wait to see them in action in Orlando.

Did you pick those name because Michael stayed back in the Command Module and didn't get to go down to the surface? Clever.

The bots look great, do you have video? I'm curious to see how the intake feeds into the shooter. Any plans for a hanger?

Yes That is why we picked Michael for the practice robot.

Video Will be coming out a few days before the Orlando competition. bottom section of the gather is spring loaded and optimized so that the instant the Frisbee comes into contact with the roller it get sucked up inside the robot moving or not. The storage system is the rollers themselves. We can hold 4 and 4 only (one in the flapper/chamber and 3 on the slope) we can feed from the corner as well as off the ground. This is the state that the robot was bagged in aka we took the hanger off as our hold back. We will show off the hanger in the revel video.
