Dear CD,
Team 3548 at the Waterford District Tournament had 12 matches, 4 matches with only two teams as part of the alliance which significantly increases the odds of losing. Have other teams experienced significantly increased number of two team alliances this year? I would have expected maybe 1 but not 4. Does someone know how to start a survey/poll on the question? |

Re: High number of 2 alliance matches?
Due to a large snowstorm there were a LARGE percentage of matches the first day with only one or two robots on an alliance at WPI. On the second day there were still quite a few of 2v3 matches. Additionally, in eliminations, Team 1100 sat out a match trying to fix their robot (who was their team's main scorer, and the field for replacement bots wasn't fantastic- they ended up winning Chairman's!)
