I've been working on it part time since the fall of 2011 and just launched it about two months ago. One of the reasons it took me so long is that I wrote an ERP (e-commerce platform, accounting, manufacturing, etc.) from scratch (probably not the best business decision considering the amount of time it took to write it, but it was an incredible learning experience and is super efficient since it's tailored for my business). |
