Smile Bumpers

Every year our team tends to get everything done except for bumpers. They are always rushed and they are always the most horrible things to put onto a robot. Being on the drive team for two years I am usally one of the three people that have to put on the bumpers and none of us are the ones that make them. Does anyone know a good way to constuct bumpers that are easy to change.

--- One last note, we used an 80/20 frame so they always had a tendency to tweak.

Thanks!!!

Why not make them reversible?

Basically, it's instructions and diagrams for making reversible bumpers - change colors just by flipping a piece of fabric up or down and securing it with velcro. Very quick and easy to change - we've had the drive team change it in under 30 seconds while on the field before (at an off-season event)!
