Help with WAGO connectors??
Setting up the wiring of the control system and it says to put the wires of the 12V/5V converter into a WAGO connector and then plug that into the Power Distribution Board. I know this seems very simple but we have no clue how to get the wires of the 12/5 into the WAGO. Any help would be awesome ^.^

Re: Help with WAGO connectors??
There's slots at the bottom that you insert a 1/8th in flat head and push into the connector to open up the jaws then insert the wire into.

Re: Help with WAGO connectors??
Here is an image of what the properly set up a WAGO connector for the DC converter. LINK
You insert a flathead screwdriver into the side opposite the wire, and push the handle away from the wire position (up in the picture) in order to insert the wire. |

Re: Help with WAGO connectors??
Anthony,
The confusion begins when two different connectors are both manufactured by WAGO. The 12/5 convertor connects to a gray WAGO connector that is loose in the KOP electrical. #18 wire is the max size for this connector. It has two terminals in it. This is not referring to the red and black WAGO terminals on edge of the PD. |
