Anyone willing to lend us a ball bladder for a couple of days?

Hey,

We never received a bladder for the game ball in our KoP. While we submitted a missing parts request and ordered a new ball, those are taking a long time to arrive.

We're unable to have a realistic game piece to test on as we are currently using a garbage bag for a bladder. Is any team with an extra bladder in the Boston, MA area willing to lend us a bladder or a ball for just a couple of days?

Thank you,
Daniel Gorelik

While we'd love to, we're not too close to Boston. Though, I'll pass this along to others in your area.

Did you order a new bladder directly from Sportogo?

You might try your local sporting goods stores for an exercise ball of the approximate size.

I got some 65cm yoga balls from Target. They worked well so far as a stopgap measure.

Have you tried checking locally for 65 cm stability/exercise balls? http://www.big5sportinggoods.com/pro...cise-ball.html
We got one and found it to be within 1 oz in weight.

Thank you. We actually ordered a ball from Sportogo, it's just taking a while to arrive.

Thank you all for the Target suggestions, though! We'll go to one today.

Re: Anyone willing to lend us a ball bladder for a couple of days?

Just in case the Target tip doesn't work out, 5 Below has approximately correct (26") yoga balls for $5/ea. I'd imagine that once they're in a bladder, they'd be a halfway decent replacement until the correct bladder arrives.

Re: Anyone willing to lend us a ball bladder for a couple of days?

We sourced a 65 cm yoga ball from the local Walmart its a reasonable analog. I'd much rather see the students destroy a <$10 ball testing a mechanism than the actual game piece.
