SFX (SmartDashboard 2.0) start restored not minimized

Is there any way to make SFX start in the restored state? Mine always starts minimized when launching it via DriveStation and we have to click the taskbar icon to restore it. When I launch it by double-clicking the .jar file it starts restored.
