this is rimple again team #438 tx

im really in a deep hole

are ball grabber is designed with a cylinder
and our connections to the relay are good

to where 'top' button is pushed and it opens
and 'trigger' button is pusehd and it closes

but it is not working...

can anyone help ... i have consulted the big manual about pnuematic connections to relays and i followed the diode connections...still no reponse and the firstime we tried we saw a spark ...our engineer thought it could have been junk or the diode...i think it was the diode...

if anyone can help please help out

First, Does it work when you press the manual buttons?

If not, fix the plumbing.

Next, Does it work when you manually hook power to the
solenoid wires?

If not, replace the valve or check the wire connections.

Next, Does the relay provide 12 volts when activated
and 0 volts when not?

If not, something is wrong with the relay, the
controller or the program.

Next, Is the connection good between the relay and the
solenoid?

There really isn't much more that could be wrong.

Go through your system in a systematic way and I am
sure you will find the problem.
