Battery voltage on dashboard.
We are having problems getting our dashboard to display the voltage of the battery, we think we have the code right but the value isn't being printed, any suggestions? we think it might be a wiring issue.

Re: Battery voltage on dashboard.
Did you connect an anlog input to the power distribution board, so it has something to measure?

Re: Battery voltage on dashboard.
What wiring do you think you need in order to read the battery voltage? What programming are you doing in order to send it to the dashboard, and what are you doing in order to display the value that is sent?
But most importantly, why do you want to show the battery voltage on the dashboard? It's already prominently displayed on the Driver Station. |

Re: Battery voltage on dashboard.
The 2014 version of the analog breakout board does not have a jumper. And no place to put one.

Re: Battery voltage on dashboard.
Doris,
The number one problem here is the failure to wire a 12 volt output of the PD to the analog module. Following that, on pre-2014 analog modules, is the insertion of the jumper on the left edge of the module. |
