cRio Reboot?
We are trying to format our cRio and it is stuck on reboot. We're not entirely sure how to fix it, but for now we can't find a way to stop rebooting safely. Does anyone know how we can exit the formatting tool while it is rebooting? The close button isn't usable.
We are using labview and our ethernet cable is plugged directly into the cRio. Thanks for the help! |

Re: cRio Reboot?
From my experience, you have to be connected to Wi-Fi for it to successfully reimage. So I guess check to see if you have internet connection first, and see if that solves your problem.

I've had "stuck on waiting for reboot" issues a few times this year. Every time, I found an extra IP address had been added to the wired network adapter (probably by the Bridge Configuration Utility). Going into the IPv4 properties' "Advanced" settings and removing the extra address has always made it work for me. It's is generally discouraged to try to format a cRIO over a wireless connection. The usual advice is to disable every adapter other than the single wired one that should be connected to the D-Link router, with the cRIO also connected to the router. |

Re: cRio Reboot?
Using a crossover cable can be effective as well.
