Netbeans Hangs On "Starting Modules"

Help

Our NetBeans is hanging on the "Starting Modules" This happended once before, and the only solution was to uninstall NetBeans, manually scrub the Java developer kit and reinstall everything. As you know, this is crunch time, and we do not have a couple of hours to burn on U & R.

Any help please.

Re: Netbeans Hangs On "Starting Modules" Resolved

I finally got it. In Firefox I use an add-on that I have been contributing to that allows for grouping of tabs. It still has a few bugs in it. One of which is when I have 280+ tabs open it occasionally develops a memory leak that prevents any new “web aware” processes or services from starting until the memory leak is cleared.

Whew. That could have really hurt!

James
