Drill Motor
1/5/2001 - 2/12/2001
This drill motor died in normal usage.

has anyone else's drill motor died??? or is ours defective?

Well, ours hasn't died this year but they do die after
awhile. I would however check on your drive train.
Make sure that everything in the drive train is aligned
properly. Also, check to make sure you aren't putting
sideloads on the motor. You want to make sure that
the motor gets plenty of ventilation and doesn't
overheat. Also, did the motor or the gear box die? We
killed a few last year with a badly designed drive
train (sorry Allen). This was when I was on team 7 BTW.
