Unhappy cRIO completely unresponsive

Hi, something really bizarre happened to our cRIO this afternoon. It was working fine and our robot could run code, but suddenly no computer could connect to the robot whether via ethernet directly to the cRIO or wirelessly.
We tried re-imaging the cRIO, and resetting and re-imaging in safe mode, but neither worked because the cRIO is not doing anything.
We have checked all the power distribution to both the cRIO, sidecar, and whatever else would be affected by the cRIO. All the connections are secure.
We power cycled our robot and basically tried everything.

As of now, when we ping it we get a destination host unreachable, even though the radio works. The signal light on our robot does not work. We know the adapter settings are all correct. When we try to re-image the cRIO, it scans forever and says that no cRIO is detected.

We are pretty sure this is a hardware problem, although the change occurred after a slight programming.

Also, we have repeated each step multiple times and in different combinations for scientific accuracy.

Has this happened to any of you before? And if so, what solutions would you suggest?

Thanks,
Chloe

Is the power LED lit on the cRIO?

Re: cRIO completely unresponsive

Yes, it was lit. But we fixed it! I don't know how, but it works now? So unfortunately there's no great solution that the world can use for future problems, but at least it's solvable.
