RedB 2 Buck

Posted by greg at 2/18/2001 4:34 PM EST

Student on team #639, RedB squared, from Ithaca High School and Cornell University.

Our team's, RedB^2 (639), robot was a bit overweight, so we developed a new incentive program.

We call it RedB2 Bucks.

2 RedB2 Bucks = once slice of pizzia
1 RedB2 Bucks = a cup of soda

They are earned in the following manner:

You drill them you get to keep them.

I just want to state that the B2 Buck was my idea, and not greg's. Greg is uncreative and could never come up with such an ingenious idea.

Have you tried a Unibit? In my experience they drill very fast, clean holes. We haven't drilled a lot of weight reduction holes with ours so I don't know how they hold up and I know ther are a little pricy, but in my opinion well worth it.

This would eliminate your coinage but maybe you could put a value on the weight of the chips?

Check out the link below if you haven't heard of a Unibit.
