Practice Balls, The carnage..

As anyone else been having trouble with their practice balls either popping or deflating after rough use. We have already lost two and are looking for cheaper alternatives for an exercise ball that is similar to the game one, but is cheaper than the 50ish dollars on Andymark. Has anyone else had problems with this? Thanks for your help!

Re: Practice Balls, The carnage..

Sounds like more of a problem with what you're doing to the balls than the balls themselves. What are you doing to the balls with your intake and shooter?

Re: Practice Balls, The carnage..

One thing we noticed with our game peice is how much it reacts to the cold. We work in a garage so sometimes it gets cold as it gets later into the night and the ball looks very flat. Then in the morning when it warms back up the ball looks fine. Could that be the issue.

Re: Practice Balls, The carnage..

We popped them on a sharp corner of the robot... which we have fixed, however we do still have two deflated balls and need more than one (we started with three) to practice our multiple ball auton. Thanks for your help

Re: Practice Balls, The carnage..

Wal Mart Bladders are close to the correct weight, and about $10. By the time we patch the cover, we are less than 1 oz underweight. The bladders sold at Target are much, much lighter than the original.

You can get the original bladders (no cover) from sportogo directly for $25. http://www.sportogo.com/replacementp...sessories.aspx
