New song for the "Approved Playlist"?

I've been told that regional events have an approved music playlist which has been cleared for content and streaming rights. If that's true, how do we go about getting another song added? Because I think "Robots" by Dan Mangan would be a fun crowd song (the chorus anyway, even if the rest of the song is a bit melancholy). The video is somewhat relevant to this year's game too
