Let's get more publicity for Regionals and Championship

I'm from New England. Our Regional is next weekend, 4/10-4/12. I've been thinking about how we can get more publicity for this event. Since FIRST is a "Sport for the Mind"(tm), I was thinking that we could get FIRST Team members to call their local sports talk radio stations and try to talk about FIRST on the air. Unfortunately, I feel that this will be an uphill battle to actually get through the call screeners, so we probably need lots of people to call and maybe they'll eventually give in.

How about we have as many students as possible call in on Tuesday, April 8 between 4:45 and 5:30. In Boston, we have 98.5 The Sports Hub at 617-779-0985 and WEEI 93.7 at 617-779-7937.

We can also text them at 69985 (Sports Hub) and 37937 (WEEI).

Be sure to tell them that all events are free and open to the public.
