Dual Cim Gearbox 3D Printed Electronic Mounts

Fernbank L.I.N.K.S. team 4468 has designed a quick and easy way to mount electronics on dual cim gearboxes. One of the models holds the digital side car another holds the bridge and power converter and the last holds 2 victors for the drive motors. To find out more about it and get the cad files go to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:292463

Re: Dual Cim Gearboxs Electronic Mounts

Nice idea. One problem I can think of is that the CIMs can get very hot in extended use, possibly melting the plastic. Our robot actually has a custom sheet metal platform for Talons going over our ball shifters.
