AP Review Classes at Championship

Last year at championships I heard there were attempts of trying to hold AP review classes for certain subjects. I thought that it was a great idea considering how close the dates for championships and the AP tests are. I currently am taking AP Calc AB and I think it would be a great opportunity to get some extra review especially since we will be missing the majority of that school week. If anyone has information about them, please let me know!

Re: AP Review Classes at Championship

I think that a lot of students on our team would like that. You'd be hard pressed to find people on our team that aren't taking upwards of three or four APs. So let us know of any updates!

I'm taking AP Biology, AP Spanish Language, AP Language and Literature, and AP Psychology if anyone wants to study together!

I'm also taking IB Sports, Exercise, and Health Science and would loooove someone to study with. We aren't missing class because our spring break and STL fall on the same week, but the exams are looming as ever.

Me and 3 other kids on 177 are taking AP Stats. We may be intersted in working with some other people to study.

I am an AP Physics C teacher and would be happy to participate in some kind of review sessions at Champs.

Re: AP Review Classes at Championship

I definitely wouldn't mind a little bit of AP review. I've already missed several days for MAR champs, and even more for CMP. Anybody else taking micro or stat? I need to review for chem, lang, and bio and could help out anyone taking comp sci, stat, micro, or calc.

When would these be happening? I'm in the pits all day programming/fixing or on the field driving.

Let me know if I can help with any of the history based AP. I teach AP HGeo but can help in others.

Re: AP Review Classes at Championship

So I wanted to help organize this effort a bit more and I took the liberty of making a Google Doc form. If you want to participate in review classes at CMP, you don't have to fill in the form, but I think it will help get everyone in the same place at the same time. You can view the form here.

I'm taking four AP sciences this year, but I'm taking the test for five. I've yet to find anybody to study with for AP Bio and AP Psych, so it would be awesome if I could meet with you and/or other people who are taking those. So please let me know if you're interested!

Re: AP Review Classes at Championship

Can we also do IBs? Please?

I guess Maths HL is covered under Calc BC, but Physics HL would also be very nice. I can help with AP Physics B or any of the AP Spanish, as well as IB Econ SL and Maths SL.
