i want some docs from programming of the Roborio to start study for the new season can anyone send to me ??

The agreement signed by the Beta Test teams lets us talk about the system, show it off, and share things we have learned. However, it does not permit sharing of any of the documentation or programming tools.

You will have to wait until the official release of the system before you can do much more than anticipate and read summaries. You can find many threads here on the Chief Delphi forums, as well as pointers to a few teams' blogs about the system.
