Solidworks Template HELP
I am really having trouble setting up a SolidWorks template that will do what I need it to do. I've failed to find a way to make and be able to select my own templates for drawings, parts, and assemblies. I am having great difficulty with SolidWorks rounding all of my units and not displaying more than two. I would REALLY appreciate it if someone would be willing to work with me to get this set up, I would even be willing just to use templates your team has established already. Thanks for your time and I hope to hear back from somebody or to be referred to someone who could help me.

Re: Solidworks Template HELP
Based on your question I think you are looking for setting up a part template including setting the default precision and units. This video shows all the steps. Make sure to watch the whole thing - it has all the steps to make sure any custom templates you create show up!
Note: I have not tested this on SW 2014 yet, but is consistent with all the times I have done it on older versions of SW. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5D733G2ruwM -matto- P.S. As the author briefly mentions, you can use this same process for Assemblies and Drawings. If you want the same precision and unit settings in all 3, you need a new template for all 3!
