Eclipse Unable to download: Missing Files?

Here's some details on our pc and what I've done to clarify:
PC: 2013 classmate
Eclipse 32 bit: downloaded
Java 32 Bit: downloaded
Tool Chains for C++: downloaded
NI 2015 update: downloaded
When I download Eclipse, THIS error is displayed.
Code:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software currently installed: Robot C++ Development 0.1.0.201501011639 (edu.wpi.first.wpilib.plugins.cpp.feature.feature.group 0.1.0.201501011639)
Missing requirement: edu.wpi.first.wpilib.plugins.core 0.1.0.201501011639 (edu.wpi.first.wpilib.plugins.core 0.1.0.201501011639) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.ant.launching 1.0.200' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: WPILib Robot Development Core 0.1.0.201501011639 (edu.wpi.first.wpilib.plugins.core.feature.feature.group 0.1.0.201501011639)

It looks like that plugin is from the Java development tools. Even though it looks like you're trying to program in C++ try the steps listed under "Checking for Java development tools (Java teams only)" on this page: http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/...eclipse-c-java

Then try installing the plugins again.
