REV Bushing

Does anyone know a another company that i can get bushings similar to these? http://www.andymark.com/product-p/am-2903.htm they are sold out from andymark and my team is in desperate need to get some.

I can't find anything exactly the same.

If you have a lathe, or lathe access, you could potentially turn some of this down to 3/8, and get something comparable.
