Question about robot transport mode.
Can the robot have an arm or lift system that extends past the frame while in transport position, but not out of the transport size constraints?

Re: Question about robot transport mode.
Unlike recent years, there is no defined frame perimeter this year. That means you can overhang your frame or stick past it as much as you want, so long you can fit everything into the transport configuration size.

Re: Question about robot transport mode.
Yes it can. Section 4.2 says nothing about not being able to start past your frame.
