Can our robot's forklift arms touch the plexiglass wall when picking up a tote from the tote chute?

I haven't seen any rule against it, so.. yes. Bumping the arena walls is a constant during FRC games - especially in years with stiff defense. As long as you are just playing the game (and not attempting to bore through the plexiglass), you'll be fine.
