Victor 888 Controller
We have two victor 888's hooked up to two motors in a gearbox. The motors are working fine, but the LED indicator is not doing what the manual says it is supposed to. When we run the motors forward and backward, the light goes off instead of turning green or red. They also don't flash in sink when the robot is disabled. Has anybody else experienced this?

Re: Victor 888 Controller
They need to be calibrated to the joystick you are using.
They just aren't going full speed. See page 2 for the procedure. |

Re: Victor 888 Controller
The Victors only light up at neutral and at full speed.
Other speed controller models have a different system and blink faster as they go faster until they go solid at full speed. If you are still using the identical joystick that was used to calibrate the Victor, then it might need to be done again. |
