Hi Everyone,

With the competition season upon us I thought I would start a thread to keep information on the webcasts organized.

First off, A list of webcast "portals". You should be able to find all of the available webcasts at these sites:

The Blue Alliance Gameday

WatchFIRSTNow Live

At The Control

The Red Alliance *I have not heard if they will be running for the 2015 season.


If you find that any webcasts are missing, please let us know by posting in this thread.

*I would once again like to ask broadcasters to remember to record what you are broadcasting. Teams love to review their matches after events, and it helps build the archive of matches at The Blue Alliance and WatchFIRSTNow

I have been checking in. None are streaming. Some have a countdown, and will start later, likely due to timezone differences.

Palmetto seems to be spotty. Every once and a while you will get an image, but it's not a solid video feed at all.

Northern Lights seems to be the only stream for today. But its a lot of sitting around.

Dallas usually has a stream, but no information has been posted yet.

If it's not streaming tomorrow I will post some videos from my phone. The only ones I have now are poor resolution from being sent via sms, and they are all of 3310.

I really don't know why more events aren't streaming on Twitch. It's way more reliable than Livestream or other alternatives, and it's a great way to reach FRC's target audience...

While I was initially going to say maybe the staff running the event aren't "Hip" or "With it", it might also be because teams may be watching events from schools, most of which have security blocks to prevent students from viewing other things on Twitch during school.

Do you have a link for the stream? Most of the webcast sites are not very mobile friendly.

I had Palmetto for a few minutes around noon, but haven't been able to get anything since then
