Run as WPILib c++ deploy missing

We can't deploy out C++ code to the robot. The option for "Run as WPILIB C++ deploy suddenly went missing from the "Run As" context menu that appears when you right click on the project. We have reinstalled the FRC plugins and restarted eclipse and rebooted the computer as well. Is there a way to get the option back without reinstalling eclipse and then the plugins again? Its also missing from the Run As menu on the Run menu pulled down from the top. We are using a backup computer at Championships.

We got it back by a combination of the following: the view on the left was not the project explorer, did a check for updates on the frc plugins, closed all perspectives and reopened c++, and finally restarted eclipse.

If you change from the C++ perspective, the feature will be lost, not to return until you restart Eclipse with the C++ perspective already selected. This is a known issue.

I have lost the feature for other reasons and have had fits getting it back. I know my team had the same problem today.
