Portcullis Portbrace (1x1 angle)

There's a curious feature on the Portcullis base that many may overlook. There is a welded on 1"x1" steel angle on the courtyard (I believe) side of the base with the corner facing up. Look at Field Component Drawing GE-16159. In the drawing the angle is named "Portbrace". This angle is not mentioned in the Portcullis description in the Game Manual although if you look closely you can see it in the side view. It's not mentioned in the Field Tour video either, but if you look carefully you can see that it's there. It's not in the wooden team version.

If you're planning to drive under the door with a wedge in front of your bumper this could cause you problems if your wedge is too close to the ground.
