Question Trendnet Camera instead of Axis?

Hi, we are trying to do image processing with a Trendnet internet camera using GRIP.

We can watch the video stream from the web browser. However when GRIP tries to connect the ip camera, it shows "a problem occurred trying to start the frame grabber for IP Camera". We have tried the same thing they tried (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...php?p=1147973), but still no luck.

Any team has any advice for the situation?

Re: Trendnet Camera instead of Axis?

Do you know the URL of the M-JPEG feed? If you can see it in a web browser, try right-clicking the video and choosing "Open image in new tab". You can paste the full URL into GRIP's IP camera dialog.

As an example, an Axis camera would be "http://10.xx.xx.11/mjpg/video.jpg", but most of it is automatically added because Axis cameras are so common in FRC
