Retro Reflective Tape Dimension's Wrong?

According to the manual:
Each of the high GOALS is marked with three (3) strips of 2 in. retro-reflective material (3M 8830 Silver Marking Film) to form a u-shaped target. The targets are 1 ft. 2 in. tall and 1 ft. 8 in. wide.

The CAD drawing from FIRST has the tape as 12 in. tall

I know that the field drawings should supersede the manual, but I'm surprised no one else has brought this up. We need to know what the actual dimensions are so that we can do the math for our vision tracking correctly. Do other team's CAD models show the same?

In the wpilib documentation they say it's 1 ft. 2 in. tall here
But then in the aspect ratio part of this page it says it is 12 in. tall

Q723 was answered:

Figure 2-29 in the Game Manual is incorrect and will be updated in Team Update 07. The correct vision target height is 12 in. Thank you for your observation.

Q. The game field drawings do not show the attachment of the reflective tape for the High goal assembly. The game manual shows 2” reflective tape on three sides of each goal. Drawing GE-16067 shows a derived dimension of 1.75” between the bottom of the goal and the bottom of the polycarbonate sheet. If the tape is 2” thick is the excess cut off or attached to something else?

A. Thank you for the question. The extra 1/4" of tape is folded over the bottom edge of the GOAL opening such that 1.75 in. is visible. Team Update 07 will add this information to Section 2.2.3.1, GOALS.

Darn those non-metric feet. 1 foot 2 inches = 12 inches, because a metric foot is 10 inches, right?
