ADXL345 I2C Example Code Troubles

I've had most other sensor example code working fine. Including the Analog Devices Accel Gyro combination on the SPI port. But for some reason, I can't get the I2C port working for the example.

The following error comes up at run time:

Errors were detected in the target log when connecting to the target:

LabVIEW: (Hex 0x661) The LabVIEW Real-Time process encountered an unexpected error and restarted automatically.

Ideas? Thanks in advance.
