Scouting on iPhone/iPad

Need help with scouting on iPad. We wondering about SpeedScout16 or SuperScouter or if FRCScout.com was going to updated. Is there a guide/premade "schema" for SuperScouter or something other than just the FAQ github page?
Does anyone know anything about SpeedScout16 the support page seemed incomplete?
FRCScout said welcome to the 2015-2016 season but then has the old stuff (is this just the test or am I doing something wrong?

TBH I would like to just make and use Google Forms but I'm not sure about the wifi situation at our competitions.

More than likely you won't have access to wifi so using a google form for scouting probably is not the best idea. Even if you had it I'm not sure that a google form is the way to go. Not saying that other teams haven't used it with success in the past. just saying that making your own excel spreadsheet would probably be easier to use at a regional and more user friendly than google.

Re: Scouting on iPhone/iPad

Teams are not allowed to create their own WIFI networks as it has the potential to cause problems with the FMS.

Teams may not set up their own 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz or 5GHz) wireless communication (e.g.
access points or ad-hoc networks) in the venue.

A wireless hot spot created by a cellular device is considered an
access point.
